OffshoreWings started with a problem many companies know well: finding the right people locally can be slow, expensive and limiting.

Eva experienced this first-hand. Many of the roles her teams needed did not have to sit in the same city, or even the same country. The work could be managed remotely, as long as the people were skilled, the setup was stable and the daily operation was handled properly.

Most companies can find good people. What they underestimate is everything around the hire. That is the part that decides whether an offshore team actually holds.

What began as a practical way to access stronger talent internationally has grown into a full-service offshore setup in Thailand. OffshoreWings helps companies build dedicated teams with local employment, HR, payroll, office setup and daily support handled from Bangkok.

The model is international, but the way of working is close and direct: clear communication, Nordic work culture, ongoing supervision and a team setup built for long-term collaboration.

How it runs

The setup behind the story

OffshoreWings is not built around loose remote hiring. Behind every team is a real, staffed operation in Bangkok called Novasou. Novasou is the local side of the setup: it employs your people under Thai law, runs payroll and HR, provides the office at Samyan Mitrtown in Pathum Wan, central Bangkok, sets up equipment and IT, handles onboarding, and gives the team support in person on the ground.  That is what makes the model hold together day to day, not just on paper.
